Why we built Roda
Roda exists because too many health and care transformations fail quietly - not from lack of ambition, but from a lack of follow-through. Strategies are written, meetings are held, pilot projects launched… and then progress stalls. Outcomes remain unmeasured. Impact remains unclear. Teams move on.
We set out to change that.
Roda is the UK’s first true performance partner for system transformation - combining sharp, co-designed advisory with powerful software to help teams connect insight to action, and action to measurable impact. Our mission is to bring clarity, accountability, and learning into the heart of transformation work across the NHS, charities, and public services.
We believe that transformation shouldn’t just be planned - it should be tracked, adapted, and proven. That’s what we do. And we do it with people who are ready to move from talk to traction.
