We started Roda because we believe most organisations are capable of far more than they achieve.
Not because they lack talent or ambition. But because they lack a system for turning that talent and ambition into compounding momentum.
We’ve spent our careers at the intersection of strategy, technology, and performance - and we kept seeing the same pattern: smart people, good intentions, disconnected effort, stalled growth.
Roda exists to fix that. We’re building the performance system we wish existed. A way to see the invisible dynamics that drive growth, measure them in real time, and focus every ounce of energy on what actually compounds.

Who we work with
We work with ambitious organisations that aim higher than their current position.
Our clients are founders, MDs, and performance directors in professional services, SaaS, sports, and creative enterprises. They share a few things: genuine ambition, openness to new thinking, and a willingness to be measured honestly.
We deliberately keep our client base small. We’d rather work deeply with ten organisations than superficially with a hundred.
